Notes: If you cannot open the Flash Plug-in HTML files, please try the following possible ways to unblock them.
1) Please right click the yellow information bar on top of the window, a menu will appear. Choose the "Allow Blocked Content..." and click "yes" in the pop-up security waring window to activate the content. Then you should be able to open the files.
2) Please go to “Tools” on the top menu bar of your IE browser. Mouse over “Pop-up Blocker” and a menu will appear. Select the “Turn off Pop-up Blocker.”
3) Some browser will still block pop-up windows even if you turn off the blocker. In this case, please press Ctrl AND left click the Flash Plug-in HTML link at the same time. Then you should be able to run the program.
